The peregrine falcon loves heights. For years, one has been seen circling around the water tower. To support this incredible bird’s nesting habits, we recently installed a custom-built nesting box on the top floor — a potential new home in the sky.
Has it worked?
The first lovebirds arrived in early 2024 and in the spring of 2025 they produced a nest with 4 eggs, who turned into 4 beautiful, full grown racemonsters and left the nesting box in the early summer.
Layout
The apartment features a one bedroom design with lots of light, giving the space an open, airy feel. The bedroom includes a king-size bed and a bathroom-en-suite for that extra hotel-feeling.
The open-plan living area is designed for relaxing and unwinding. There’s a comfortable seating corner, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with bar — perfect for preparing meals or enjoying a quiet evening in. A separate toilet adds to the convenience.
